Bring your Boat/ jet ski! Boats no larger than 26 ft. Park your own boat at our private dock - includes direct access to the Gulf of Mexico for your out shore fishing and the local sand bars and islands. Enjoy salt water fishing from your own private dock. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful completely updated home. Enjoy kayaking on the canal looking for manatees, sea turtles and dolphins. If you don't have a boat no problem boat rental just a couple minutes away. Enjoy our home !!

Other things to note
This Community has it all... a great quaint downtown with great restaurants and live music. At the entrance of the community there is a huge restaurant on the water called The Widow Fletcher's come in car or in boat great eats, also a small marina where you can rent pontoon boats, tiki bar boat and fishing charters. Supermarket is just around the corner just like a Starbucks/ Cracker Barrel... Just 15min up the road your in Port Richey great spot to eat on the water from Hooters to more upscale Catches Waterfront Grill.
