Newly renovated outhouse in countryside idyll, surrounded by fields but only 5 mins drive from Bentley station. Light and airy, with all new mod cons (including tv, landline, wifi), fully functioning kitchen and walk in shower.
There is a standard double bed downstairs and then 2 x single beds on the mezzanine floor. (Please be aware that the mezzanine floor has a low roof and is accessed by a pull down loft ladder). The Annexe also has a lovely veranda with parasol, table and chairs for dining al fresco (should the weather allow!). PLEASE CHECK THE PHOTOS CAREFULLY SO YOU UNDERSTAND THE SIZE OF THE ANNEXE.
The fridge is permanently stocked with cereal (muesli, bran flakes, rolled oats), tea, instant coffee and sugar (and milk for first night only).
Clean towels provided for every guest.
If you'd like a proper breakfast, I offer a gorgeous hamper service, £9 per person to include: croissants, muffins, butter, homemade/Bonne Maman jam, free range/home eggs, free range bacon, fresh seasonal fruit, filter coffee, organic milk and fruit juice (with tablecloth and napkins as well!) all left in a sealed fresh hamper outside the door or direct into the fridge whichever you'd prefer? Please advise at time of booking.
Private annexe with private entrance to self contained annexe flat and own private veranda with table, chairs, bbq and parasol (and views over the Hampshire countryside!)

DO NOT go into the main estate entrance of Bury Court (farm)
Go past the main entrance to Bury Court itself, going down the hill and take the turning on the right signposted to The Well House and Bury Court Cottages. Go the end of the concrete road (500m) between fields and keep going round to left and up incline. Park on gravel on the left and the annexe is back down the incline via the WOODEN gate in the hedge.

Other things to note
Limited parking. Only 1 car per stay.
Prices are based on a double only occupancy including basic tea/coffee/breakfast supplies. The annexe can sleep 4 but there is an increase in price for 2+ occupancy. Please contact me for details.
We request upmost respect for neighbours so very quiet at night if returning late.
Please leave the annexe as you found it. It's just been renovated and is all sparkling new and clean!
Absolute no smoking inside policy and no pets (sorry, we have plenty of our own!!)
