Wonderful renovated stone cottage in the historical village "Borgo di Mummialla" between S. Gimignano, Gambassi Terme and Volterra, it'is an ideal base for your enjoyable excursions in the heart of Tuscany!

The space
The cottage is located in the charming historic hamlet of "Borgo di Mummialla", just a few kilometers from San Gimignano. The village still preserves traces of an ancient Roman thermal settlement, including a natural sulfur spring that is still active today.

Surrounded by woodland and nestled within a beautiful private garden, the barn offers a peaceful escape immersed in nature.
Inside, you’ll find a double bedroom with a spacious walk-in closet, a living room with a double sofa bed, a large open-plan kitchen with a fireplace, and a bathroom with a shower.
