The space
Downstairs there is an entrance furnished with comfortable seating and large fridge. A corridor leads to two bedrooms (1 with a double bed, 1 with 2 single beds) and a small bathroom with shower. Equipped with electrical floor fans.
Upstairs there is a large new kitchen with gas stove, electrical oven, large fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher. Kitchen table that can fit 8, sofa that can be used as a 120cm bed. 3 large and comfortable double bedrooms, which can be turned into triples if need be.
The upstairs bedrooms & kitchen are equipped with AC units, as well as ceiling fans.
Comfortable newly renovated bathroom. Hallway that leads to the front entrance with its large veranda, outside the kitchen there is a large veranda as well. From the kitchen veranda a external stairwell leads to the enormous roof terrace with 360' views of the sea, mountains of Calabria, neighbouring gardens etc. The sunsets are extrordinary.
The property is walled for privacy, however with a very airy feel. Main gate is wide and leads to the large parking where easily 6 cars can fit. A small gate can be accessed from further down the small street, if preferred.
Our piazza, is created as a center piece. A huge table for 12-14 is placed in the shade of our rosé pepper tree for cool lunches even in the heat of summer. The BBQ and outdoor kitchen area a true piece of art, here you can also use our deep fryer. Tucked away in a corner is our outdoor shower with warm & cold water, and a touch of the orient.
As you return from the beach there's a small shower to remove sand before entering the living spaces. An outdoor bathroom / laundry room to avoid going inside if need be.
Another garden offers a shady spot under the pine tree, perfect for reading in the hammock.

Guest access
A 500 m walk takes you to a hotell which offers a small supermarket, pizza, bar etc. Or else a 2km walk along the beach takes you to either Specchiarica or San Pietro in Bevagna, where there are several restaurants and bars.

Other things to note
Included in your price is a full cistern of potable water (8000l) plus a refill, after that it will be charged at 40 Euro per refill. 8000l is plenty for 1 week of normal consumption.
The beds will be prepared for the number of guests communicated, with towels.
We will do all the cleaning and washing upon your departure and greatly appreciate that our villa is treated with care.
