The space
Burrow House is a fully renovated legal duplex in North London, Ontario. We live on-site in our principal residence (the private Aldersbrook unit) and are licensed with the City of London (License #20230188).

The Medway is our completely separate short-term rental unit with its own private entrance. The two units do not connect - you will have full privacy.

The Medway is a bright 3-bedroom guest suite (sleeps up to 6):

Bedroom 1: Queen bed

Bedroom 2: Twin bed

Bedroom 3: Multi-purpose room with a sofa that converts easily to a twin bed

You’ll enjoy a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, in-suite stacked washer and dryer, electric fireplace, fast WiFi, Roku streaming, workspace, and a modern bathroom. Free parking is included.

We designed The Medway as a comfortable home away from home for Western University (UWO) visitors, graduate students, medical families, and professionals.

A note about us: I work as an Emergency Responder with rotating shift work (including early mornings and nights). We also have a friendly young Vizsla named Aspen. She is energetic, respectful, and usually quiet, but as a young dog she sometimes gets excited in the mornings.

We are respectful hosts and simply ask that guests treat our home with the same care we provide every stay.

Guest access
Parking: One dedicated parking spot is available. Please park directly in front of the front porch/railing on the left side of the driveway.

Entrance: The Medway has a private entrance at the back of the property. From the driveway, walk through the rear gate and follow the path to the steps and door at the rear.

Check-in: Use the door code we send you. The code is automatically generated and sent 3 days before check-in. If your booking is within 3 days, we send it immediately after confirmation.

Code Validity: The door code is valid only during your reservation dates.

We recommend saving the code in your phone for easy access. If you have any questions upon arrival, feel free to message us — we usually respond quickly.

Other things to note
Cleaning & Sanitization: We follow a thorough cleaning and sanitization process after every checkout to ensure a fresh, safe space for every guest.

Quiet Hours: Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM. Burrow House is located in a quiet, family-friendly neighbourhood.

Aspen (Our Dog): Aspen is our friendly, energetic young Vizsla. She lives with us on-site and may occasionally be in the shared backyard when we are home. She loves meeting people but is never allowed inside The Medway unit.

Pet Policy: We do not allow pets (including dogs) in The Medway unit. This helps us maintain a clean, allergen-friendly space for all guests.
