Charming 5 bedroom house in Charlottesville located just 1.6 miles from downtown. The Rivanna River Trail is only a five-minute walk away. Amazing shopping and dining is close by. The house comes with two kayaks and two bikes for your enjoyment!

Use this space as your starting point for vineyard/brewery tours. Whether you're visiting the area for a weekend getaway, a wedding, graduation, UVA event, or anything else, the Belleview Retreat is the perfect place to stay to experience our area!

The space
This family friendly home comes with a high chair, a Pack n' Play, children's books and games, and an umbrella stroller.

A queen air mattress is available if you party requires another bed.

Each bedroom comes with its own flat screen tv and available streaming services.

The 5th bedroom is a detached studio that is converted into a lovely space complete with heating/cooling and electricity.

There is a separate apartment located below the house. There may be light noise on occasion. This unit has its own separate entrance.
