This beautiful fully-furnished unit is on the 3rd floor of a 7-storey building. It has modern appliances including a 52" Flat screen Samsung TV, washer and dryer, gas stove and stainless steel fridge
Includes queen size beds with all linens, dinnerware, complimentary wi-fi, Satellite TV and Netflix as well as other streamed channels.

Please note:
1. A daily surcharge of US$5/day for the use of air conditioning will be added. This surcharge will be added to all bookings until Oct 1 (when temperatures are more moderate and air conditioning is not required) and must be paid in cash within 24 hours of arrival.
2. The on-duty Manager is ONLY available between the hours of 9:00am and 2:00pm and 4:00pm to 7:00pm Monday-Saturday. If you plan to arrive outside of those hours we need at least 48 hours advance notice for her to meet you and show you the unit. This is a condominium unit, not a hotel with daily on-duty staff, housekeeping etc.
3. Minimum stay is 5 nights.
