Small but functional place in the perfect location. We had wonderful weather so lucked out with being able to use the terrace to relax in the afternoons between sight seeing to play games/ drink wine. Room is very small but has everything you need - just beware of hitting your head. Air conditioner, a mini fridge, and plenty of hot water for the shower were all perks. Shower itself was tiny (smallest shower I’ve used in my life) but worked. Warning that there is a lot of stairs up to the top so be prepared for that. Overall it was a nice stay - everything with check in and check out went smoothly and again the location was incredible - about a 10 minute walk to the Vatican, close to Piazza Navona, Pantheon, and lots of restaurants/ gelato/ grocery store, etc. Definitely would stay at again for the location.

Fulvia made us feel very welcome and be a 4-day citizen of Rome. Great location, cosy appartment. It is not too big but everything you need is there. The balcony/roof top terrace is a great plus.

The flat is ideally situated, walking distance from the historical center but also the Vatican, the Borghese Villa or the Ancient Rome... The terrasse was very useful for a morning sun bath (later in the day we were visiting the city and otherwise it would have been too hot in August!). Careful though for tall people (like me) because there is not much space left for your head... Also to take into account: the 4 stairs to climb with your luggage or at the end of a tiring sightseeing day...

Absolutely wonderful location. Every corner you turn there is something beautiful. It's So central, we used no public transport whatsoever just walked everywhere. There's Lovely bars and restaurants right on the doorstep.

Fulvia's home was in a great location in Rome. The description she wrote is very accurate. The room is quite cozy. The terrace is the best part of the house, especially at night. Watch out for the ceilings, they are a bit closer than you think. Overall, it's a great value.
