I am happy to help with any recommendations of places to see or restaurants/clubs. I can act as your personal concierge during your stay. As a Miami local of over 10 years and former restaurant/club owner in the city, I have unique knowledge of the hospitality scene in town. Do not hestitate to ask for recommendations.

Other things to note

IMPORTANT PLEASE MAKE SURE TO READ BEFORE BOOKING:

1- Please note that the pool is currently closed for renovations. Prices have already been discounted to reflect the loss of this amenity for my guests. The gym, spa and all other amenities in the building will still be available to guests during that time, only the pool will be closed. I can recommend other pools or or accees to hotel beach chairs. This usually ranges from $20-$30 per day per guest. I discounted $200 per night from my usual rates to help guests cover the cost of using alternate pool or beach chairs at a hotel. Note that the renovations at the pool during the day will incur some noise from 9am-5pm Monday through Friday.

2- The apartment is listed for sale. Showings are not frequent and usually from 12pm-6pm. In the case that a showing is requested by a prospective buyer during your stay, I would need a 2-5 minute access to show the apartment. I will let you know usually 24 hours in advance. I would appreciate if you could tidy up the apartment to make it decent to show. If this happens, I will offer a $100 credit for your troubles, which I will give you in cash at check out. Use the money to go for a bite or a quick coffee downstairs, lol. Showings are really fast, few minutes only and never early in the morning or late at night, usually around noon or 5-6pm. I show the apartment every 6-8 weeks on average, so it's not very frequent and rarely happens when I have guests but in the event that it does happen when you are there, I will need short access to the apartment.

3- Positively no parties and outside or overnight guests allowed. All guests must be pre registered at booking, there is an extra charge of $50/guest for any additonal guests over 4, max 6 guests allowed. The building is operated like a mini city with its own police. There are over 1850 units and over 3,000 residents. Security is a bit over-the-top due to the many celebrities and high-profile residents that live in the building. During the day, over 10 guards patrol the property and 5 at night, all night. Any excessively loud music or noise past 11pm and they will immediately knock at the door... I recommend you make sure the windows are closed very tight so the noise doesn't spread to the pool. You can still play music and have fun as long as it's not crazy loud and the windows are not open. When the windows are open, the noise spreads to the pool area and for some reason amplifies and all 1850 units can hear so they will come stop you right away.

4- We are allowed 6 guest for the unit by city code, any additional guests, the building will immediately evict, they most likely will be stopped in the lobby... They are very strict on enforcing fire and saftey city ordinances and they see everything that goes on in the buidling from the central command room. It happened to several of my younger guests, do no put yourselves in this position, they will kick you out and there is nothing I will be able to do, and no refund will be given. If you plan to be more than 6 guests, this is not the building for you.

5- No smoking inside, please us balcony to smoke. Ashtray is in the cabinet above the cooktop.

We had a wonderful stay! We were in town for an engagement party and Stephan was really a great host- he was very flexible with check in and check out and quite informative. We really appreciated that he took the time to show us around. The place was very clean and perfect for our stay. Definitely recommended!!

The listing was everything as promised and met all of our expectations. Stephan was very kind and welcoming. He met us as we arrived and insured a smooth transfer and access to the apartment. The apartment and it's facilities where exceptional. The view from the porch where we ate carry out on multiple evening was the best seat in the house. I would highly recommend staying at this location again.

Stephan is the best. He is very friendly and caring, showing us around the facilities and checking on our needs. The place is awesome! You will find fantastic view and everything you need. We almost just spent the whole time at the balcony laying on the comfy couches with the great speakers. And love the movie room! Highly recommended!
