This home is in a quiet area.
Spacious and comfortable stay ideal for construction crews or work teams. This large home features four full bathrooms, queen beds in every room, and incredibly spacious main areas for relaxing after a long day. Enjoy high-speed WiFi, a massive 10-ft dining table with plenty of seating, a 65" TV, a ping-pong table, and a large deck with BBQ. Ample parking easily fits several work trucks. Centrally located in Nepean near shops, restaurants, and all essential amenities.

The space
Very spacious 5-bedroom suite with queen-sized beds. The dining room has a 10ft long table that fits 12 people so you and your family/friends can enjoy a wonderful meal together. There are 4 bathrooms in total, with a jacuzzi bathtub in the master bedroom. The living room has a large cozy sectional couch and a 65” television (includes a Roku so you can log into any applications such as Netflix, YouTube, or Amazon Prime). The main floor has a game room with a ping pong table to entertain the kids or have a fun game night. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware and bakeware, small appliances, serving trays, and salad bowls. The only thing you’ll have to pack is your personal belongings and ingredients!

This quiet neighborhood is a hidden quiet gem in the middle of the city. It is full of luscious green scenery and friendly neighbors, but with only a 2 minute drive out you are in the hustle and bustle of Ottawa's busiest intersection.

Only a 15 minute drive from parliament hill and the Byward Market, this neighborhood is friendly and quiet to escape the hustle and bustle of downtown. For nature lovers, this area is lucious and green with several parks and biking trails within walking/biking distance.
