The house is perfect for a quiet stay with fabulous views all around. It is very spacious and comfortable. Just a bit of maintenance is needed in the backyard. The location is wonderful! We had a beautiful time! :)

I would absolutely recommend this home to anyone traveling to Gosau. In our opinion, it's the best town in the Austrian Alps and this home was exactly as shown in the photos. Very clean, easy to communicate with Steve and offered many amenities convenient for traveling, which is why we love Air B&B. For a larger group (6 adults) this would be the perfect get away, the house was extremely spacious and the kitchen was great! We were very happy with its proximity to Gosausee, one of our favorite evening spots (and one not to miss, including the restaurant on the lake!) and of course, never to be overlooked, the views of the breathtaking glaciers, especially from the kitchen table. It was my favorite spot to sit in the morning. I hope we have the opportunity to visit again!

This is a little gem of a house to stay in! Gosau provides the perfect location for experiencing the Austrian Alps- close to Hallstatt if you are interested in the town but far enough away not to have to deal with the throngs of tourists. Every morning's view from the house was breathtaking! Gosau Lake also offers amazing hikes and views that cannot be beat. Steve is a wonderful host who was quick to respond via email to any questions we had. Our trip was so easy because of him!

Such a lovely place! Such a beautiful view of Donnerkogel/Großwand massif! It is located just 1,5 km in each direction from the ski lifts = perfect location for skiing in Dachstein West. We stayed in for 5 nights, it is a kid friendly house. There were 8 of us (4 adults + 4 kids) and we had plenty of room.
