In the evening, when the sun is resting behind the mountain peaks and the moonlight is spreading, you can end your evening comfortably with a glass of wine.

The space
On 149 m², our apartment provides ample space for up to 6 people. Your holiday home features 3 bedrooms with double beds, 2 bathrooms with shower and a 60 m2 large terrace.
The kitchen in our penthouse with 3 bedrooms and fireplace is fully equipped. In other words: Kitchen amenities include cutlery, crockery and pots & pans, a ceramic range, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, along with other appliances such as a toaster, electric kettle and coffee maker). A small ALPS RESORTS starter set including dishwasher tab, dishwasher detergent (sample size), sponge, trash bag, cleaning cloth and dishcloth is provided for you upon arrival. Your car is well stored during your stay in the garage belonging to the accommodation.
The highlight of our penthouse with 3 bedrooms and fireplace: Only 15 km away from the world-famous Kitzbühel, you are enjoying your vacation in Chalet 149 in the heart of the Wilder Kaiser Ski World - one of the largest and most modern ski areas in Austria. The mountain world around your holiday resort knows how to impress in both summer and winter. The accommodation is just a few minutes' walk from the valley station of the Alpenrosenbahn. At the same time, the village center of Westendorf is only about 500 meters away. So you have restaurants, cafes and supermarkets in the immediate vicinity.
The Golfclub Kitzbüheler Alpen Westendorf golf course can be reached in a few minutes by car, as it is only approx. 1 km away from your holiday apartment.

The penthouse is for your exclusive use and therefore has a private entrance with key safe. The reception is located in the apartment building.
Due to the varying opening hours, we ask you to contact the reception before arrival to allow a smooth check in.
