A cosy Victorian house located opposite the city walls with a great view of Canterbury Cathedral. The property features comfy beds, robes/slippers, eco friendly bathroom products, wood burner and the city right on the doorstep.

The space
Directly opposite the old city wall, the house is located on Broad Street - a two minute walk in to centre of town.

On street parking is available in the local area with resident permits which we provide at no cost to you.

The house has two bedrooms upstairs with welcoming comfy beds. One is a Kingsize and the others are twins but they can be made into a Super King on request. An additional fold up bed is available for families, this can be used in the twin room.

The kitchen has everything you will need, including kettle, toaster, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer box, dishwasher. We provide you with the basics to get you started: tea, coffee, sugar, tea towels etc.

There is a utility cupboard with a washing machine. The iron and ironing board is also in here.

The modern bathroom on the ground floor has a big double headed shower over the bath.

The dining room has a large table and leads off of the kitchen for ease when cooking.

The snug living room has a sofa and armchair and is the perfect place to relax in the evening with a book or watching TV. There is a real wood burning stove for cosy winter evenings (logs available for a small fee). We also provide games and books.

The house also benefits from a lovely outdoor courtyard with table, chairs and a bench. This leads to a 30 ft walled garden with a lawn for use in the warmer months.

We can provide baby bath, high chair, travel cot, toys and books and stair gate for families on request.

Check in to the house is usually after 4pm on the day of arrival. Check out is 11am on the day of departure. (Sometimes flexible - please ask)
