Quality and tranquility awaits you in this charted villa for up to 6 people. Fantastic sea and mountain views, sunsets. Large corner terrace with cozy lounge, sunbeds, barbecue, jacuzzi, separate pool.
Slightly elevated, between Malaga (15 min) and Marbella (20 min), not far from Cala de Mijas, Mijas Pueblo and the beach. 360° views surrounded by Andalusian nature. Ideal place to start your excursions. Vacation + home office at the same time. Baby bed/chair.

My house, Casa Carolina, is a completely new house. It is equipped with a high standard furniture and beds. Fantastic south-west views of the sea, the city and the mountains.

Small garden with jacuzzi, large corner terrace with chill lounge, sun loungers, wooden table and high-quality Broil King Grill (with separate stove). The terrace has 4 sun blinds.
Also suitable for nudist connoisseurs and yoga connoisseurs.

The 3 bedrooms upstairs are decorated in bright colors and with high quality furniture. The decoration is simple and tasteful. Each bedroom has its own Samsung TV and Air-condition.
The two bedrooms on the left have a shared south-facing balcony, from which you can enjoy a beautiful sunset while sipping a glass of wine on the sun loungers.
The master bedroom is an ensuite bedroom, i.e. there is an open bathroom in the room. Bathtub, Italian shower, 2 sinks, toilet, underfloor heating.
In the two "smaller" bedrooms there are double beds. It is also possible to make two single beds (2x80x200cm). The bathroom is right next door: Italian shower, toilet, sink. The floor can be heated.

The living room with fireplace is large and has plenty of light. In the evening, the sunset shines into the room with its orange-red colors. There is a large couch, a small table for your laptop or your appliances, and a wooden dining table.

The fully equipped kitchen is open with a bar and 3 bar stools.
High-quality Bosh appliances. Nespresso coffee machine, oven, stove, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher...

A washer and dry in the 3rd bathroom.

Behind the house is a very nice communal pool (open May to October) (the fence can be closed for the children).

A private parking space no. 13 is available in front of the house.

From Malaga Airport, take the AP7 towards Algeciras. Exit 1008 Benalmadena. Take the exit on the right and drive up the road. After 5 minutes you will reach El Rocío, Buena Vista, Nature Collection Homes on the left. The barrier will be raised as soon as you drive in front of the barrier. Turn right and then take the first street on the left. Parking space no. 13 is on the left, before the curve. The house is the corner house on the right side.

It has the best location as it is located at the very front and benefits from south and west orientation. You have sunshine all day, and every evening you can enjoy a phenomenal sunset.

The house is slightly elevated near Mijas Pueblo, surrounded by Andalusian nature, pine trees and wonderful scents. The breathtaking view of Fuengirola, Mijas, the mountains and the sea is uniquely beautiful and will captivate you from the start. On a clear day you can see the coast of Africa and Gibraltar. Everything is available to make your vacation a memorable one. A true oasis of well-being awaits you.

Fuengirola, Mijas, the train station or the sea can be reached in 10 minutes by shuttle bus or car.

Mijas, probably the most popular white village in Andalusia, is slightly elevated, about 10 minutes from the house, on the beautiful Costa del Sol between Malaga and Gibraltar.

Right behind the house there are numerous hiking and cycling trails in the natural park of pine forests. Excursion, sports and adventure opportunities are in the immediate vicinity. The famous cities of Seville, Granada, Córdoba, Cádiz, Nerja, the Rock of Gibraltar and the southernmost point of Spain, Tarifa, are within 2 hours.

The house was completed in January 2022 and belongs to the "exclusive collection of Nature Garden Homes" of the "Reserva del Higueron Resort Collection." These include the beautiful Higueron Sports Hotel and the Wave Beach Club by the sea. Both can be reached in minutes by shuttle bus.
