Warner Bros Studios is 5-10 mins away, Pinewood, Elstree, Bray, Longcroft and other studios very close too. Great base when working in the film industry, HS2 or needing easy access to London.

The space
This is a luxuriously appointed private guesthouse, with complete privacy from the garden (blinds at all the windows) with a fully operational kitchenette. Facilities include: fridge, microwave, 2 ring hob, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and sink, along with all the plates, crockery and pans etc to enable you to cook during your stay.

If you don't choose to cook, there are food shops and restaurants a 2-3 minute walk from the property, including a Co-op mini-market. Restaurants cater for Turkish, Thai, Indian, Dominos, Fish and Chips, Chinese, Italian and just about everything else you could hope for.

The shower room has a shower, basin and toilet. The building has all the home from home comforts including: heating, high speed wi-fi & Virgin TV and a terrace outside for your exclusive use to sit in, good weather permitting.

The building is open plan - divided into a bedroom area and living space with a large dining table useful for both dining and work-space needs. The owners are onsite in the main house but keep themselves to themselves unless needed for any reason.

The bed is a queen size and very comfortable.

We have had many compliments from past guests who have loved it here and multiple repeat bookings.

This is a lovely quiet residential street, very close to all the local amenities.

If you have no wish to cook during your stay, there are multiple restaurants and takeaways, less than five minutes walk from here, or you can have food delivered easily. There is a Co-op shop just a 2 minute walk from the door. The takeaway options are many and various from: Indian, Turkish, Thai, Fish and Chips, Italian, Dominos, Wendy's, most tastes are covered. Of course Ubereats and Justeats deliver here too.

The Aquadrome is a short walk away with some lovely walks around the lakes and canal. The Chilterns and Chorleywood Common are not far too if you like walking/hiking.

Rickmansworth town centre itself is also a short walk, and an M&S, Waitrose and Tescos are all nearby.

We like to add those little special extra touches which makes it a little bit more special than perhaps Holiday Lets you have stayed in in the past.
