We can't think of a single complaint for this cute place and the wonderful town/area of Annapolis Royal. We LOVE it here!

Response from Sue:
The softness of the mattress is because we put a memory foam topper on it. Unfortunately, it is difficult to fit everyone's needs in the firmness/softness of a mattress. You are the first person who has commented about the lighter person rolling into the other person though so we could certainly look into that. The squeekiness of the bed is most likely because it is an all metal bed so we can't do much about that but we are happy that it didn't affect your stay.

Ideal location. The first couple of evenings we came back after dinner in the dark and Sue left the porch light on. Since the cottage was 100 feet back from the road we did not realize that we could not see it in the dark. What a nice touch! Sue and Ted were both very knowledgeable of virtually every place we wanted to visit or eat at. So helpful but quite objective and candid as well.

Sue brought us fresh baked treats on our first and last days at the cottage, plus some fresh milk in the fridge for our coffee. Nice, comfortable guest cottage with small dining table, mini fridge, microwave and ceiling fan. Mattress was too soft for my tastes, but my wife thought it was just fine. Easy walk to town (about 1km), historic gardens, and everything you need in Annapolis Royal. Not an elegant accomodation, but very clean and efficient...and run by gracious owners.

Thank you Paul for your feedback! We provide our guests with luxury quality bedding and linen which far exceed the $105 per night price point that we charge guests. There is a memory foam topper on the mattress. We supply our guests with enough coffee pods, tea, sugar and milk for the beginning of their stay and we expect them to supply their own if the need arises. There are two grocery stores in town that carry a very large assortment to meet our guests specific needs. This has never been an issue with any of our other guests. Thank you again for staying with us.

I highly recommend Molly's Place. It's incredibly charming and comfortable, clean and tidy, with all kind of useful and nice details. The area is amazing and very good located. More importantly, Sue and Ted's attention was just amazing. They helped us to make all kind of reservations and were really generous and kind with us (special mention to Sue's delicious home made muffins that she provided us!) If you are visiting amazing Annapolis, do not hesitate to stay at Molly's Place, you will never regret!

You couldn't have asked for a better host. Site anticipated our arrival with freshly made blueberry cake, gave us lots of information on Annapolis Royal and was generous with her time. The place is close to Historic Gardens which is a must. And even walkable to town!

My husband Ted and I have lived in Annapolis Royal for 8-1/2 years having come from the Toronto area. We love the beauty of Annapolis Royal with the many historic homes, Historic Gardens and Fort Anne to name a few. Our house is called Tulip Tree B&B. New this year! We not only rent out our whole house through AirBnB but also run it as a B&B. Our website is (URL HIDDEN) Our motto is " your home away from home".
