The space
Fully equipped and tastefully renovated, we designed the apartment to make it feel like home ! The equipment is complete (TV, Internet, ...). Linens and towels included, Wi-Fi (fiber) included, coffee pod. Beds made on arrival.

This apartment located close to the Vilaine and a 20-min walk from the hyper center is ideal for your next stay in Rennes. The apartment is modern, the decoration is neat and everything has been thought out so that the place is a real cozy, warm and functional nest.

In the kitchen you will find a multifunction combined oven, a microwave, induction hobs, a fume hood, a kettle, a pod coffee maker, a toaster. All the dishes and cooking equipment you will need are available.
A table with 4 comfortable chairs will be used to have delicious meals.

In the living room, the sofa is convertible into a double bed (140x195) of quality allows to accommodate 1 or 2 additional people ** (see at the end of the ad activate this bed). An 80 cm LCD TV and coffee tables are also at your disposal to allow you to have a pleasant time.

In the bedroom, a double bed (160 x 200) with a memory foam mattress and quality box spring is present as well as storage for your belongings.
