No worries here! Roomy and clean pet-friendly condo. Great location across from the beach. Large balcony overlooks the palm-tree lined courtyard with pool, hot tub and BBQ grills. Perfect for relaxing or watching weekend fireworks in the summer.
SPI Occupancy tax rate is 17%. Airbnb is collecting 6%. 11% added to nightly rate. Nothing extra to pay upon arrival.


The space

Very roomy, clean and comfortable. Inside you'll find lovely modern furniture with a 46' flat screen TV and DVD player. Free cable and WiFi are provided. There is a fully equipped kitchen and utility room with a washer/dryer. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, TV, bathroom, and small walk- in closet. The second bedroom contains two full size beds. All linens are provided.
Nightly rate includes 14.5% Occupancy Tax required by the City of SPI.

Guest access

The pool and hot tub are in a lovely, private, fenced courtyard. Charcoal grills are available to guests along with lounge chairs and palapas which include tables and seating. There is a large grassy area as well.

Interaction with guests

If you need anything or have a problem, Dan the property manager is just a phone call away.

Other things to note

Condo is located on the third floor w/o elevator. Except for Children with Parents, all Guests should be at least 21. Note that the nightly rate includes occupancy tax. Nothing extra to pay upon arrival.

Great location on the gulf side! While the beach was only across the street we had to walk an extra block or two to get to the beach access. All necessary details were communicated a couple days prior to check in with a lot of helpful tips and places to check out.

Matt, many Thanks for taking the time to provide a review. From Surfside II, Fantasy Circle Beach access is 1.5 blocks to the North on Gulf Blvd, and Good Hope Circle Beach access is 1.5 blocks to the South on Gulf Blvd. Surfside II is located at 5601 Gulf Blvd.

This is a perfect location! It was only a couple minute walk to the beach. This condo is spacious and the host was well prepared for our arrival. Great stay!

The condo was perfect for our small family. The location was great, and we loved sitting out on the balcony overlooking the pool. The beach access with shower was only a block away. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen and apartment had everything we needed. Mary Jane (and her property manager, Dan) had provided great restaurant and activity recommendations that were spot on. We had a great getaway, and the condo was a big part of why it turned out to be such a good trip!
