Experience local Bedouin culture by staying in a handmade cave in the Petra desert. Feel at home in a cozy, candlelit red cave, where you will sleep comfortably on mattresses laid out on the floor, surrounded by nature and by the sounds that have comforted generations of Bedouins in Petra.

The space
This cave is unlike anywhere else you will stay in Petra. Nowhere else will you have the chance to meet local Bedouins who have spent their entire lives in Petra, sleep in a luxurious modern version of the caves we and our grandfathers grew up in, and even get the chance to try some local cooking! Our motto here is "Feel home," and we are sure you will.

I am Attallah Albdoul of the Bedouins who live in Petra and who are from there, I am part of the Huwaitat tribe which lives in the South of Jordan. I was born in a cave in Petra, I spent my childhood between the mountains of Petra and I went to live in Europe a few years, but my heart remained between the mountains of Petra, for this reason I came back to my homeland and started working in tourism to introduce my culture, my way of life and the history of my ancestors to the curious, who like me, love people of all nations and of all cultures. I live in Little Petra, 10 minutes from the magical site of Petra (I say that the site of Perta is magic but everything here is magic!! I let you discover this when you will be here;-)) We Bedouins, are known for our simplicity, our hospitality and our special welcome to the guests we receive! My motto is "Come as a guest and leave as a friend" I therefore, put at your disposal my house; you can stay either in a room with all the modern comforts, in either my cell, if you prefer a total immersion in the Bedouin life;-) I can also provide healthy bedouin dinners, whose price is not included in the accommodation, shows with Bedouin music, guided tours, horseback riding, donkey rides or camel riding in Petra.
