Come and enjoy your own private paradise. Located on the NE corner of Gull Lake. Very close to boat launch, beaches, restaurant / store and playgrounds.

3 bedroom and 1.5 bathrooms on a nicely treed 10 acre lot. Fully furnished, equipped, outdoor fire pit and camping.

Rent the house and if more accommodations are needed you can bring in RV's or rent an RV with West Country RV Rentals . Additional RV parking is $40.00 / night.

Great location for family getaway or for larger group gatherings.

The space
Guest love the secluded treed acreage with plenty of room for parking and additional RV's. The yard is very private and peaceful to allow you the space to relax and enjoy. Comfortable beds are a priority. Cozy up to the outdoor firepit or wood stove inside the cabin to make it that more enjoyable.

This is the perfect place located right next to Gull Lake. There are many things to do in and around the area. Boat launch to Gull Lake is right next door.

Guest access
It all starts with the beautiful treed driveway and leads to a private and secluded green space with an outdoor firepit.

Enjoy time on the covered porch.

Easy walk or bike ride within the area. Boat launch has lots of parking. Public parking to access beach / playground.

Other things to note
Space to bring in additional RV if more accommodation is required. RV rentals also available if needed. RV’s could fill up with water from residence and plug into house for power. Must haul out black water. Additional RV parking is $40 / night.

Horses welcome! Horse paddock and outdoor arena next door.

Kayaks available for rent.

Boat slip in exclusive Meridian Beach canal available for additional cost.

Neighboring lake communities of “Meridian Beach and Raymond Shores”. Meridian Beach has the public beaches, playgrounds, canal for great kayaking / paddle boarding, etc.

Canal Street Eatery Market located right next door. Check them out for delicious meals and a drink. They also have a supply of staple groceries if you forgot something and of course ICE CREAM!

Excellent winter getaway as well for anyone interested in snowmobiling, ice fishing, cross country skiing or curling up next to the wood stove with a book.
