The cottage was lovely & bright and ideal for our needs. One of our party was in a wheelchair and it was more accessible than the majority of hotels. It was cosy and warm. Being able to park on site was really useful also. The space was excellent and everything we needed was at …

I booked with Grainne for a family trip to Dublin. Everyone was very happy with the accommodation. Grainne is great host and was very quick to answer any of my queries. Overall a very positive experience.

The location of the apartment was outside of the city center, so it was a great quiet spot to come back to after a day of sightseeing. The WiFi router did not work and the apartment was quite cold in the evening. Grainne is a kind and communicative host, quick to answer questions…

Response from Grainne:
Thank you for your review and we appreciate your feedback. It would appear that somebody had interfered with the wifi router and un-plugged it but I am happy to confirm that there is no problem with it now. It is unusual that you felt the apartment was not warm enough. The heating is set to come on automatically and guests are instructed on how to override this should they require more heat. This could so easily have been rectified had we known at the time. We appreciate that you pointed it out and we shall also check the vents in the apartment.
