This apartment is in a prime location with two rooms (one with a single bed and one with a double ), and an optional inflatable (but solid) double or single bed that can go into the larger of the two rooms if required. Electric Pump and bed stored in the bedroom cupboard for more than 3 guests

We rent this room for more than 20 days, because it close to train station and Marion shopping centre. The room got everything you need and very secure. Ben is really helpful with excellent communications, quick response. We initially rent the room for 22 days, and later on we need to extend for another 3days, Ben help me out just in few minutes. We really enjoy the stay at his place

The unit is conveniently located just in front of the train station and next to a great Supermarket. The kitchen is fully equipped, so you can save money preparing your own meals. The room has a big television and a dual air con unit that can be used for both cooling and heating (great for Adelaide crazy weather). There's a nice green park close to the house (at the end of the street), so you can get some fresh air and also a huge mall for shopping. Ben always responded promptly to my questions in a very friendly way. I'd like to leave a tip for next guests visiting Adelaide: If arriving late, make sure you have at least a flashlight app installed on your phone to make it easier for you to find the place because the city of Adelaide and its suburbs are a little bit dark at night. Overall I highly recommend the place.

Great place to stay in Adelaide! Ben's attention for details was unbelievable! We found everything we needed inside the appartment, even it was mostly a business trip for us. The train is just in front, either for the CBD or the seaside, a supermarket and a good restaurant just around the corner. Thank you!

Ben's communication was excellent from the time we made our booking. The Unit is very comfortable and really close to the train station, local Supermarket and Marion Shopping Mall. I would recommend this property to anyone who wants to visit Adelaide. Thank you so much Ben

We had a great stay at Ben's! Didn't get to meet him in person but he provided detailed check-in instructions. The apartment was well-equipped and the location was so so convenient - literally steps away from the train station and just down the street from a big shopping centre. Great air con and fast wifi, plus a nice big TV to hook our laptop up to for watching Netflix, etc. Perfect for both exploring and relaxing :)

I really like this house,is very close to the train and Coles , go to the city is half an hour by train, walk to the child's school(Westminster) is also very convenient. See you next time!
