This new Green Market Apartment (3 BR) is centrally located at walking distance from the historical district and from the famous Sant Antony Market.
It comes with 3 bedrooms and 2 balconies on the street, a large living room and 2 bathrooms.
It has been decorated with a nice vintage style and it is fully equipped with TV, free wifi, air-conditioning, safe-box. Close to nice restaurants and cafeterias.

This new Green Market Apartment is centrally located at walking distance from the historical district and from the famous Sant Antony Market.

The apartment has been totally reformed on January 2015 and it has been decorated with design furnitures and thinking about the guests' comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you can imagine and need.

The apartment is composed as follow:

1 double bedroom with double bed, safe-box and balcony
1 bedroom with a single bed and closet
1 bedroom with a a large single bed which can be used also for 2 kids
1 bathroom with large shower, bath amenities and towels,
1 fully equipped kitchen,
1 living room with sofa bed and dinner table

IMPORTANT NOTES:
- CHECK-IN has to be finalized 48 hours before arrival, in case of late arrival the extra charge should be paid through AirBnB.

- CHECK-IN extra charges:
- Check-in from 15:00 to 21:00 is included.
- Check-in from 21:00 to 23:00: 30 euros
- Check-in from 23:00 to 00:30: 50 euros
- Check-in from 00:30 ONLY UPON REQUEST.
- Early IN and Late Check-out is possible ONLY UPON REQUEST, extra charge: 30 euros (if property available).
Max. Late Check-out (if available) is 12:00.

- the provided prices DO NOT include Barcelona City Tourist Tax, which is 2.48 EUR per person per night (max.7 nights). This mandatory tax is collected during Check-in.

2.Smoking in the property is not allowed. If you smoke we will take your security deposit.

4.Noise must be kept to a minimum level after 9.00 PM, and parties are strictly forbidden in the apartment and in any common area such as the terrace.
5.The person signing the lease contract will be responsible for the appropriate behavior of anyone staying with them. Should this person or the persons staying with them not behave responsibly and appropriately, they will be asked to leave immediately the apartment with no means of reimbursement. Should the occupants fail to comply with the obligations mentioned above, I could, at my own discretion, ask the client to abandon the apartment, without the client being entitled to any compensation.
6.The use of sound system in the common areas such as the stairs and terrace is not allowed.
7.Use of Internet for illegal activities is not allowed.
8.Dog or animals are not allowed in the apartment and in the common areas.
9.Bath towels cannot be used as beach or pool towels. Beach towels are available on request at extra charge. 50 euros will be charged in case of wrong use of towels.
10.Congregating in the communal areas of the building is not allowed. We consider the rest and respect of neighbors very important and we will not tolerate clients who do not comply with these regulations.

13.The Spanish electrical system works at 220 V. Please take extra care when using foreign equipment to avoid fire risk.
14.Please switch off the lights and air conditioning on leaving the apartment. Respect the environment.
15.The main entrance door has always to be kept closed safely.
16.The apartment must be left perfectly clean and in a perfect state. Waste bag or garbage has to be left in the container outside the building. Should this not be the case, the security deposit will not be returned.
17.The replacement of lost/stolen keys will be charged to the client, up to 50 Euros per key.

(website hidden) case of any damage caused to the apartment or to its contents, please inform the property manager. The customer will be responsible for that damage and charged accordingly.

21.We decline any responsibility in case of stolen valuable or any rubbery in the apartment. We recommend you to put your valuable in the safe box, and close the doors and windows safely with the keys.
22.I will not be responsible for any kind of damage, direct or indirect, that may be caused as a result of misuse by the costumer.

Overall 4 stars. The apt was in a good locations, just outside of la Raman but very walkable(20 mins or less), transit is about 2-3 blocks away. The apt had a modern living room and kitchen. The bedrooms were small except for the master bedroom, which was normal size room. The apt did smell inside from something outside or the building pipes. This leaked smell into the bedrooms. Also every morning you can hear the garbage men coming. The issue I had with the kitchen. Was the sink was in a bad location, hard to wash dishes, could use dish washer but. I supplies were give. And we had to buy everything for the apt- cleaning supplies garbage bags. Overall the host was nice and the workers who assist.

This apartment is really well located and the building is easy to deal with. The stairs are narrow, so that might be a problem for some with mobility issues. The apartment is clean and works perfectly. We had one issue where the sink drain on the kitchen wasn't attached to the sink itself so a bunch of water went on the floor, but that's easy to fix (ourselves). So I would recommend that you check it. I loved the neighborhood. Tons of great stuff to do.

This was our second stay at Green Market and we again had a very positive experience. Check-in with Lorenzo's friend Xavi was prompt. The apartment is comfortable and well-equipped, now with TV. The location is very attractive. Close to L2 and L3 metro lines but you can easily walk to Placa Catalunya, Placa Espania and La Rambla. Cafes immediately below and across the street from the apartment. Bakery and fruit/vegetable shops next door...and a variety of meat, seafood and produce vendors at the nearby Sant Antoni market. Bars and restaurants are abundant in the immediate neighborhood. Many more are within walking distance. The apartment is above a main street, so there is traffic noise and some occasional loud talking at night. We found we adjusted quickly and enjoyed the vibe - and the smell of chocolate from the bakery.

Fantastic apartment, very cozy and clean, and with walking distance to the rambla and plaza cataluna where we normally went for dinner every night. Fresh fruit and bread is sold just under the building, super delicious! We loved the place and would highly recommend it!! Thank you Lorenzo.
