Welcome to the High Tide Cottage located just 800 meters from Martinique Beach! Martinique is Nova Scotia's best surfing beach. The house features a nice water view and beautiful elevated deck to enjoy sunsets and nature. The open-concept kitchen and living room is perfect for enjoying time with your family and friends! There is also a spacious deck off the second level to enjoy the nature views!

Guests also receive a 20% discount on surfing lessons and rentals with nearby Halifax Surf School!

The space
The main living, kitchen and dining area is open concept. The bedrooms are all located downstairs. The house has 2 heat pumps for heat and air conditioning. There is a second rental house on the property, please see the attached aerial photo. On the front of the property is a small and well maintained surf shop.

Enjoy the outdoor propane fire-pit for some evening hangouts and marshmallow roasting.

Guests also receive a 20% discount on surfing lessons and rentals with nearby Halifax Surf School! Please ask for the discount code after booking your accommodations. For multi-day surfing rentals, you're able to keep the gear at your cottage to surf at your leisure.
