Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. This 3 bedroom house in Nepean has three spacious rooms, two full bathrooms, a jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom, and an outdoor dinning table. Our safe and friendly neighborhood make it the perfect place for small gatherings or family outings. About 30 mins away from the Nordik spa, and 15 mins away from downtown Ottawa.

*please note there is a separate 2 bdrm basement apartment with no shared rooms except laundry area.

Guest access
There are no shared areas with the basement apartment other than a shared laundry room. You will have three spacious bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, two full bathrooms, and a dining room.

Other things to note
The neighbors have a dog in their fenced backyard that can bark sometimes. Although his barking seem a bit scary, he never leaves his backyard nor has he ever bitten anyone.

*Please note that for 28+ day reservations, a Vacation Rental Agreement may be required.

Although it is 2 minutes from one of the busiest intersections of Ottawa, this neighbourhood is a quiet gem full of trees, gardens, flowers, and spacious properties - making it a relaxing getaway in the middle of the city!
