This brand new luxury semidetached villa aims to make your dreams come true. Great pool, tennis, romantic view over nature and sea from all 4 terraces and rooms. Perfect location close to beach, shops, city, golf, restaurants and ancient culture.

The space
The house is situated in a romantic site of only 20 owners which is one of the best maintained and secured of the Western Turkish coast. Villa is equipped with washing machine, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, WiFi and satellite TV and new design furniture in hall, living room, kitchen, 4 terraces, and 3 guest rooms, with each a double bed. In a fully equipped kitchen you will have fridge, freezer, dish washer , oven, microwave, hot and cooled mineral water dispenser at your disposition. Magnificent view from all 3 floors over a green valley and Agean sea. Small private garden for outside barbecue at the pool site, with all material available.

Guest access
Pool, basket and tennis court are private and superb both in location and maintenance. Private and secured car parking space within the site area. For pool area sunbeds and chairs available. Bed linen and towels available (not beach towels). The site is permanantly maintained and secured by local staff, who is always accessible to help you solve your problems. Also the president of the site and/or other owners will be keen on helping you out with any questions you may have.

Other things to note
Decent local wines, most liquors and beers are readily available from hypermarkets and restaurants, but if you are a romantic champagne drinker to celebrate the sunset above the sea, please remember to buy some bottles at the airport before leaving. There is a shop with at the luggage pick up area in Izmir.

Gilbert loves to work, takes challenges to counsel and manage special infectious disease cases in the gynecology field, loves to teach, is involded in lots of clinical research and travels for work around the world to spread the message. Veerle is engaged in helping children at schools, is specialized in vaccination and prevention of medical complication amongst school kids. We have 3 children who all have university degrees, working, studying, developing and enjoying life.
