Peaceful off grid home with beautiful 360 degree views from upstairs living space. Has two bedrooms with very comfortable queen beds. Walking trails near by. Occasional moose sightings on property and surrounding area. Clean, crisp air. We are 4 miles from Talkeetna Spur Rd. and 7 miles from Spur Rd. to downtown Talkeetna.

The space
Stairway is outside up to living space. Plenty of good lighting at night for parking and staircase. Inside is a open floor plan. Rooms are spacious and every room has a great view like your up in the trees! Full kitchen, dishwasher, laundry with laundry soap, vhs videos, yes(vhs) wifi, bbq on deck.

Other things to note
There are several places to eat, a very nice library on the way to town. Just before heading to town is a scenic parking on the left with breathtaking views of the Denali Mtn range. Explore downtown Talkeetna and you can walk or drive to the river at the end of town. This also provides beautiful views.

Neighbourhood highlights

We are off grid and very private. Neighbors are spread out due to size of properties. Everyone out here is very friendly and helpful. About getting here, if you take E Barge Rd from the Talkeetna Spur Rd, go up and make (L) on Riven and follow to end and go (R) on E Birch Creek Blvd, follow past Little Shawn, past square yellow sign(blank) with American flag, take next (R) on E Barge Rd, follow around to the (R) make (L) on Milt Trump, go to end make (R) on E Long Acre Ave, go to driveway stay to the left of dirt hill, follow past 1st house ( green tractor) go to 2nd house, park in front of garage, stairs on the (L) up to living space, unlocked. See frig for Wi-Fi, etc. ( other option is take E Birch Creek Blvd from Talkeetna Spur Rd which is next (R) after E Barge Rd. Everyone avoids section of E Barge Rd after Riven because it's rough and not maintained! (This is coming from Parks Highway)
