This flat is combination of two separete flats which are up and down and on the first and second floor. Their doors are in the building, and stairs aren’t inside. There are 20 steps to reach first floor.
There is a nice private terrace with a fire-pit and a nice wooden table.
Our wi-fi is limitless and has 100 mbps speed.

The space
You have 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with toilet, 1 living room, kitchen and a large enterance in each floor.
There is a large double bed with high quality crisp white linens in the 2 bedrooms.The living room of second floor is turned to a bedroom with a small double bed and a sofa-bed. You can check it from the photo galery as 3'rd bedroom.
There are 2 Mitsubishi Electronics Air Conditions in the two bedrooms and a portable A/C in the living room of second floor which is used as bedroom.
There is an antique working desk in the bedroom of first floor. The dinning table of the first floor is for 10 people which is available for also group studies with 100 mbps and limitles wifi for people who works and travel.
In the living room of first floor you have a dinning table for 10 people, tv (which has IPTV that you can watch all the world channels). One sofa that would be a double bed if it is needed. In the living rooms there is also one seat that would turn to a single bed. First floor Living room has acamodation for 2 people and second floor living room has accomodation for 3 people to sleep.

The flat is 200 meters to Galata Tower and 400 meters to İstiklal Street which is pedestrian street that takes you Taksim Square... By walking 4-5 minutes to Karaköy you can take tram and go to Hagia Sofia, Topkapı Palace, Sultan Ahmet Mosque and Grand Bazaar Area in 15-20 minutes. Galataport which is new attraction point of İstanbul is 850 meters.
The nearest metro station (Şişhane Metro Station) is 400 meters which is just 5-6 minutes walking distance that gives you easy access to the all parts of Istanbul.
Flat is located 5-6 minutes from the attractions of Istiklal Street and Taksim
Other things to note
Water shortages may increase due to global warming. Water outages are inevitable and you may experience them too. Therefore, we recommend you to take your shower before going to bed because most of the outageses are happen in the morning and day time.
After 20:00 please kindly do not make noise, there are many neighbors living our building.

-We should register our guests passport informations in to the police identification system. This is the same procedure while you are checking-in to a hotel in Turkey. This is an obligation for all accommodation places. We have to get your passport details.
It is mandatory to enter your passport informations to the Police Identification System.
For stays longer than 5 days tenant pays the natural gas (İgdaş), electricty (CK Boğaziçi) and water (İSKİ) invoices.
