Enjoy our beautiful spacious home with its sunny deck and mountain view, in Kits/West Point Grey Vancouver BC. Close to UBC & Downtown with easy access to all the lower mainland sites by close-by transit. Shops, restaurants, beaches, parks, woods, biking trails, numerous shops and varied restaurants are all within walking distance.
Situated on a residential street this provides a great space in which to relax and have as a base to sightsee spectacular Vancouver and its wonderful surroundings.

The space
Attractive, comfortable, spacious home with over 3000 sq ft on a pretty, quiet street in Vancouver's west side. It has a sunny deck and mountain view, convenient for downtown, UBC, beach, parks, shops, restaurants and transportation. Can pick own herbs and salads from garden in season.
