This room is one of three in my guest apartment with shared bathroom and kitchen. The bed is 160 cm wide and a third guest can sleep on a folding mattress.
The guest apartment is on the 2nd floor (attic) - the rest of the house I live with my family. Sometimes cultural events take place in the house.
The three guest rooms are located in the attic of our house and serve as an overnight accommodation as well as the support of artists: there are small collections, works and partly changing installations. The project is still growing and is now enjoying many interested visitors ...!
Over the years I can say because of the positive feedbacks that my guests feel very comfortable here, I am very happy of course ...! As shown in Fig.
The second backyard, which can not be seen from the street, can be used with!
Interaction with guests
It always depends very much on the situation of the guests, me and my children on how much one has to deal with each other.
Other things to note
Eating smells from the ground floor are not excluded ...
The neighbor in the house next door is probably almost numb and likes to listen to what the TV tells the night through to sleep ... No guest has ever expressed it, but myself sometimes interferes, so I prefer in advance Would like to point out. Luckily, she leaves her roof window open only in summer ...
Bathroom and kitchen are cleaned daily, the rooms however only on request and thus never enter without invitation ...!
In the house please do not smoke.
Pets only by arrangement and with express permission.
