The space
This fully renovated, modern-mediterranean gated estate welcomes guests seeking ultimate relaxation and privacy with lush green lawns, towering palm trees, and meticulously manicured gardens surrounding a resort-style courtyard swimming pool, hot tub, fire pit, hammocks, putting green, basketball court and massage room! **Please note that the pickleball court is no longer available due to the city's noise ordinance.**
Chaise lounge chairs and day beds surround the beautiful custom golden tile pool for relaxing days in the sun, while the newly constructed outdoor kitchen with al fresco dining provides plenty of space for group dinners with views of the surrounding mountains.
Entering the clear glass front door leads you to a spacious, open concept great room with vaulted ceilings and a brand new kitchen. A large modular sectional sofa and club chairs face a large-screen Smart TV for relaxation indoors, enjoying central air conditioning. Fusing elements of minimalist decor with the neutral colors of the California Desert, the decor of Solaris features clean white walls, playful wallpaper and furniture accented by cheerful hues and new tile flooring throughout.
The great room opens seamlessly onto a modern kitchen with natural stone quartzite countertops, stainless steel appliances including two fridges, gas and electric ovens, gas and ceramic electric cooktops plus two dishwashers and an oversized kitchen island, offering inspiration to one’s inner chef. The adjacent dining area features a large, white rectangular table, surrounded by plenty of comfortable and stylish seating to enjoy your company.
Conveniently located down the hallways of this single-level home are 5 spacious guest suites, each with a unique style and vibe, ensuite bathrooms and premium Tuft & Needle Mint mattresses. An additional 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms are in the private boho-chic detached Casita.
Bed Summary: 6 king beds, 2 twin XL beds (can be converted to king upon request). Queen Size Air Mattress upon request.
*Solaris is located within the City of Palm Springs, which actively enforces vacation rental regulations related to noise, occupancy, and parking. Please note that outdoor amplified music, including the use of outdoor speakers, is strictly prohibited at all times.
Guests are responsible for complying with all applicable city ordinances throughout their stay. Violations may result in substantial fines, beginning at $1,000, and any fines incurred will be the responsibility of the guest. If incurred, violations will result in immediate termination of the reservation and removal from the property without refund.*
Our home is a licensed vacation rental (The City of Palm Springs ID STR068003, TOT #3152).
However you choose to experience Palm Springs, Solaris offers a chic retreat just 6-minutes from downtown Palm Springs. There is space available for up to 6 cars total in the driveway. Street parking is not permitted. Oversized vehicles are not permitted.

North Palm Springs is one of the hottest, fastest developing areas within the Coachella Valley. Our neighborhood, Racquet Club West, once the hottest Hollywood spot in Palm Springs with residents and regulars like Marilyn Monroe, Jane Wyman, Kirk Douglas and Elizabeth Taylor, is now seeing a major renaissance and has the only estate sized properties. Within approximately one mile of the estate are some of the newest and iconic spots in Palm Springs like Riviera Hotel and Spa, Arrive Hotel, Reservoir, Draughtsman, Sandfish Sushi and Whiskey and The Tova Hotel.
We want you to feel confident when renting a TRAVLR Vacation Home. As a result, we have enhanced some of our cleaning procedures in the interest of our Guests’ and Employees' health and safety. Currently, we spend between 4-16 working hours to clean each rental property after every reservation and have enhanced our check-out cleaning procedures to pay close attention to all details, specifically disinfecting all surfaces with anti-bacterial solutions. We frequently change all HVAC filters and clean pools twice weekly to help ensure optimal cleanliness as well. Our vendors and staff are equipped with protective gear such as face masks and gloves to maintain the safety of all parties.
INCLUDED WITH YOUR VACATION HOME
All of our vacation rentals are fully furnished with cable/satellite TV and high speed WiFi (Free WiFi). Kitchens are equipped with appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, electric kettle, traditional drip coffee maker (ground beans), toaster and blender. Certain properties may have specialty appliances such as a crockpot or Keurig coffee maker. Please check the property description for your specific vacation home to confirm.
Kitchen:
Properties are equipped with the following items to accommodate the max occupancy of the home: basic dining, cooking and serving essentials including plates, bowls, silverware, wine and drinking glasses, cooking utensils and kitchen accessories such as can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons and more. We also provide a spice rack, salt and pepper. No other cooking essentials or supplies are provided (oil, sprays or other cooking ingredients, foil, cling wrap, etc.).
House Supplies:
Your home will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, laundry pods and dryer sheets.
Other Items:
The property is equipped with a specific quantity of bath and pool towels to accommodate the max occupancy of the home. The bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. There are also fully equipped laundry rooms with washer, dryer, ironing board and iron.

TRAVLR Vacation Home properties are accessible using a keyless system that allows entry into the home for your entire stay. Arrival information, including access codes will be emailed 5-days prior to your arrival.

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT?
Check in is after 3PM local time, and check out is no later than 11AM. Early check in and late check out may be available for your reservation upon request. Please reach out for the cost and availability.
WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?
TRAVLR Vacation Home properties are accessible using a keyless system that allows entry into the home for your entire stay.
DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE?
TRAVLR Vacation Homes provides a departure clean on all stays. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.
CAN WE HAVE THE POOL HEATED?
During the winter, the temperature of pools can range between 50-70 degrees. If you would like the pool to be heated to 80-82 degrees, we do charge a fee of $150/night. Please let your property manager know at least 48-hours in advance of your arrival if you would like pool heat added to your reservation.
WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS?
All of our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. The coffee maker takes ground coffee and we also offer a spice rack, salt and pepper.
There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap and dryer sheets.
CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME?
We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.
DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS?
City of Palm Springs does not permit any amplified music outdoors at any time of day or night.
DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
Many TRAVLR Vacation homes are pet friendly. We allow for up to two pets per property for a fee of $150 per pet with Manager approval.
