Private home remodeled this spring. Crystal clear pool and quiet backyard with views.
Centrally located in Phoenix Metro, 15 minutes from the airport, ASU Tempe and Chandler. Old Downtown Scottsdale is 20-25 minutes drive. Walking distance to miles of hiking and biking in South Mountain Park. Convenient access to shopping, golfing and restaurants.
Note:pool is not heated

The space
It is a freshly remodeled 1800 sqft desert South West house with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths.

Outside we have a great sitting area close to the pool.
Right next to it there is the grill area with sink and fridge.
We have a 35’ long pool with deep end at 6’ deep. Pool is NOT HEATED (there is no heater installed). Guests visiting in cooler months will likely not use it due to temperature being too low.
All desert landscaping with mountain views. Very quiet backyard.

Fully stocked kitchen with island and a second dining area. Plenty of counter space.
Big open living / dining area, with 70” flat screen TV and a cozy area to sit and relax. Beautiful views to the pool and backyard.
Master bedroom with king bed and walk in closet.
Master bathroom with double sinks and bathtub.
Two additional bedrooms with queen beds. One bedroom has a 60” TV.
Second bathroom has an oversized shower.

We moved to Phoenix several years ago after spending over a decade in Pacific NW (Portland) and Bay Area in California. My wife and I roamed a lot all around NW and SW, doing extensive traveling using our vintage motor home, long weekend escapes as well as ‘overland’ adventures. Since we moved here we spent lots of time exploring all what SW has to offer, from Baja California to Colorado to Northern California, Nevada, Beautiful South Utah and of course Arizona. Magical locations that can keep you busy for many lifetimes.
We settled in Phoenix as it is a great hub for our adventures while it matches our current lifestyle.
