This spacious 1BR/1BA basement suite is located in Windermere area with queen-sized bed in bedroom and comfy sleeper futon in living room. Great amenities, including washer/dryer, kitchen appliances & cookware, office space, 50'' TV with Netflix, YouTube, Roku in Living Room . Our fully private basement is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

The space
Perfect for a group of travelers, business travelers, couples, and small families. There is a separate entrance to the space for total privacy with free street parking spot as well. One bedroom, kitchen, full bathroom and free street parking. 1 queen bed and 1 futon sofa bed. wifi included. The kitchen is equipped with most of cookware.

No pets allowed without prior permission, $400/pet, per stay(if less than a month) /per month, plus additional clean up fee of $450 (No exceptions).

Guest access
Guests have a separate side door entrance to the fully private basement suite.

Other things to note
Laundry available to guests. They are located right next to the bedroom in the utility room.

DISCLAIMER: NO events or gatherings, including bachelorette/bachelor parties, weddings, baby showers or birthdays.

*Pets are on a case by case basis. Do not bring any animals on the property without approval. Cats and Dogs under 20LBS are welcome with an added pet fee and prior approval. Please let us know the breed and weight when inquiring about a pet. THERE IS A $1500 FINE FOR ANY PETS ON THE PROPERTY WITHOUT PRIOR WRITTEN PERMISSION
