Villa Casablanca with swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi has been completely renovated or newly built and completed in 2015. Originally bought for its location and view, it is now a villa with a lot of attention to detail and unique elegance.

Includes: 2 premium eMTBs (free), ping pong table & beach chiringuito just 4 minutes' walk away.

The space
A villa that leaves nothing to be desired. These include jacuzzi overlooking the sea, mountains and the city, an infinity pool on a 150 sqm terrace with frontal views of the sea, 3 meter high window front, sauna, gym and best sunny location.

For active days, two premium e-mountain bikes are available for free – perfect for the hills and coastal paths around the villa – plus a ping pong table for social evenings. And only about a 4 minute walk below the house is a small chiringuito right on the sea with really good food – ideal for the day of arrival or the sundowner.

Also unique in winter: The villa has sun all day and remains wonderfully cozy thanks to the fireplace and underfloor heating – lying on the terrace in January is quite normal here.

Guest access
There is direct access to all the amenities that Villa Casablanca offers. A daily routine can be to get up, make an espresso, do some early morning exercise on the roof terrace, fall into the pool and take a siesta on the hanging swing or main terrace. Then a little swimming, a sauna session, and briefly enjoy the evening sun in the Jacuzzi. Finally, sizzle something delicious on the Tepanyaki grill and then end the evening with a delicious wine. Something like that........

Other things to note
Even though the house is only 15 minutes away from Palma and it is therefore no problem to take a taxi into town in the evening, we recommend everyone to have a rental car.
Costa de la Calma lives up to its name and impresses with its incredible tranquility. Whether after a day at the beach on the sandy beach just 4 minutes away or after visiting Cheringuito, which is one of the most beautiful in Costa de la Calma, you can enjoy an exceptional tranquility and privacy in Villa Casablanca after a turbulent day. For people who prefer loud parties and have little sense of peace and privacy, I do not recommend the house!

Please also note that the city charges a tourist tax of 4 euros/person per night, which is also paid on site.
As a further point, it should be mentioned that the pool, in addition to being heated by solar, also has the option of being heated by electricity. This can be an advantage in the winter months of November-April. Due to the considerable heating costs, we charge a flat rate of 45 euros/day if necessary. This is a pure villa area. It is very quiet and the neighbors also attach importance to the volume level not being too high. The house has the possibility to play music on all terraces. However, it is very important to be considerate of the neighbors. The house is therefore not suitable as a party location.
