Welcome to Cabana Beach house, across from the beach and a 10 minute drive to downtown Kelowna. The home is located in the highly sought area of Lower Mission steps from Okanagan Lake. Perfect for family fun and outdoor entertainment with hot tub, BBQ , outdoor dining and lounge area, perfect for 6 adults + children (as per city bylaw).

This property is licensed with the City of Kelowna (# 12585) and complies with the new BC short term rental regulations of 2025 (Registration #: PM272649770).

The space
This spacious home has a living room with vaulted ceiling and large family room with 58" TV and fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials for you to feel like your at home. Enjoy your coffee (or wine) on the 2nd floor deck with views of Okanagan Lake.

The backyard has beautiful landscaping and lots of sunshine throughout the entire day !
Backyard games are provided for you to enjoy in the backyard or at the beach ( bocce, Jenga, toss game ) and board games for rainy days.

The home is located steps away from the beach and is equipped with beach essentials ( 2 kayaks, beach towels, sand castle maker, beach mats etc..)

This spacious home has multiple living spaces including a formal living room, a spacious family room with TV, a formal dining room, breakfast nook and a large kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals.

The home features (1 king bed and with the rest of the bedrooms with queen size beds) and 2.5 bathrooms.

The master bedroom has a king bed and peekaboo views of the lake. It has a walk in closet and en-suite bathroom with shower, double sink and large bath tub.

The rest of the bedrooms have queen sized beds.

We will provided you with hotel quality bedding and towels.
