The apartment is small but lovely. It is ideal for no more than 4 people unless the 5th person is a child since the fold-out couch-bed is not that comfortable for an adult body. The stairs up to the apt. are easy to navigate and it was perfectly located in Atrani. Going from Atrani to Amalfi is quick and easy and we really appreciated being able to stay in Atrani which is quieter. Francesca and her mother Caterina made us feel very welcome and the home-made treats were delicious. We also really appreciated Francesca's arranging for a small golf cart to pick us and our bags up from the Amalfi ferry to bring us to Atrani.

We loved the place, Francesca and her mom were fantastic hosts, staying in the small town, being so close to amalfi, positano and Capri the places we visited during our stay. Everything was very convenient. We will be coming back to stay at vicolo23.

The Vicolo apartment is very centrally located in Atrani, away from the big tourist crowds. Restaurants and cafes are right downstairs in the Square and minutes away from the beach. Just 15 minutes walk to the Amalfi. The apartment is very clean, well equipped, and comfortable for family of four. Francesca and her mother are great hosts! They arranged for a driver to pick us up from Salerno train station to the apartment in Atrani. They were very quick to geting back on questions and were checking with us to ensure we had everything we needed.

My family of four (2 adults, 2 children) stayed in Francesca's apartment in Atrani for 3 wonderful nights. We had originally planned on driving a rental car to Atrani, but Francesca persuaded me that doing so wasn't a good idea, for the coast is very difficult to drive through (lots of twists and turns in the edge of a cliff), and parking the car for free was next to impossible. As a result, we returned our rental car in Rome and took the train instead. Francesca then scheduled a driver to pick us up at a nearby train station. It was easily one of the best late-breaking decisions we made on our trip, for it was then super ease to get in and out of the tiny coastal town. As for the apartment, it's a quaint little one bedroom with a very comfortable bed, plus a living area with two twin day beds (our kids slept there comfortably). The kitchen was simple, but had everything we needed (we only used it once to cook something). The front door is mere feet away from the town square and easy to access. Everything about communicating with Francesca was perfect. She was immensely helpful. Wish we could have met in person! If you're reading this trying to decide between Atrani and Amalfi - which is a 10 minute walk to the next cove - I'd pick Atrani again. Amalfi has 20x more tourists, is congested, and has buses running around at all hours. We opted for visiting Amalfi on foot (twice), then returned to the peaceful solitude of Atrani. If you're not looking for nightlife, Atrani is a great option. Would absolutely stay here again if I could!

We loved vicolo23 and staying in atrani to us was better than the staying in the center of amalfi. The atrani piazza is my favorite . Caterina greeted us when we got there and explained all details. No details were left out. We were welcomed with beautiful fruit and a clean apartment. It was the best part of our vacation .

Hi to everybody, My name's Francesca.
I'm 28 years old and I'm graduated in Iternational Management to the Link Campus University in Rome. I have so many friends, for me friendship is very important and sacred. With them I have taken different trips to Italy and to the foreign countries, because I love traveling, to visit new places and to know so many people that tell me their uses and customs and they recommend me what to see in their cities is. I am very curious, therefore it interests me all of this that is new for me. I love the traditions, history, culture and kichen of all countries.
I live in a wonderful place that is Amalfi Coast, in Maiori, a small town that once it was of fishermen, while today a tourist center has become. The sea and the nature I like and I love all the animals infact I live with a dog and two kitten.
I'm very interested of food and of Mediterranean kitchen and I can make demonstrations of traditional kitchen and home dinners.
In my house to the sea I make my vacations with my two sisters and we always have guest so many friends. I have chosen to devote me to the hospitality and I'm sure  I'll do the best.
