We rent a historic stone house renovated according to the highest standards of Dalmatian architecture, special attention was paid to an authentic architectural style with local building materials and craftsmanship, e.g. hammered beams, exposed old stone walls and much more... A dream home for people who value an upscale living style. In the middle of the old town of Betina on the island of Murter, 250 meters from the beach and 150 meters from shops, 65 square meter only for yourself

The space
On the ground floor there is the kitchen and a comfortable dining area with bench. The high quality wooden kitchen is fully equipped and includes all necessary appliances (fridge, gas stove, oven, cooking utensils).
There is also a small toilet and a storage room on the ground floor.
The massive wooden staircase leads to the first floor of the small townhouse.
On the first floor there is a large bedroom with double bed and a large sofa bed (140cm wide), integrated wardrobe and a desk with TV.
The larger bathroom is located next door and is equipped with a shower, washing area, toilet, bidet and a washing machine.
Clean towels, bed linen and blankets are provided.
On the second floor is a small bedroom with single bed and the spacious roof terrace with seating, hammock and a barbecue area.
Thanks to the traditional stone construction, the rooms are pleasantly cool and offer protection from the heat in high summer temperatures.
In addition, the bedroom and the living and dining area are equipped with air conditioning with heating function.

Murter is an idyllic island in Dalmatia, a great advantage is the accessibility of the island.
Murter is connected to the mainland by a small bridge, which can be passed free of charge by car. During the summer, the bridge is opened daily between 9 a.m. and 9.30 a.m. and between 5 p.m. and 5.30 p.m. in order to allow larger vessels to pass by the bridge is closed for car traffic during these short periods.

The nearest airport is Zadar Airport, about 36 km from the property. Split Airport can be reached in about 64 km.
