Situated on a 3 acre property with 100' of waterfront, this peaceful oasis makes an excellent base to explore PEC.
Accommodation is a private studio w/everything you need for a comfortable stay: queen bed w/premium linens, fully equipped kitchenette, 4 pc. bathroom, lounge and TV.
Outdoors guests have a private patio & BBQ area, use of 2 kayaks, dock & fire pit.
Free WiFi, parking, and a Sandbanks Provincial Park Pass are included.
And, we're one of the few dog friendly places to stay in PEC!

The space
The indoor space is a newly renovated, completely private, self-contained space. Accommodation is split over 2 levels: the bathroom is on the ground level and the rest of the accommodation is directly above on the second floor (accessed via a flight of 15 stairs).
Outdoors, guest have their own fully furnished private patio and BBQ area, with a gazebo that can be screened in for night time enjoyment. The waterfront and dock (with ladder) is just a few metres away across a stretch of level grassy land. In the boathouse is a beverage fridge to keep your favourite drinks cool, as well as some water toys for your use.

Beautiful views everywhere you look. Enjoy them on the dock in the morning with a cup of coffee or at the end of the day with a cocktail (or both)! The property is relatively flat and easy to explore and navigate. Depending on the season you might see some of our neighbours including Owls, Turtles, Bald Eagles, Rabbits, Goafers, Foxes, Blue Herons, Ospreys and Otters. We are just 15 minutes to Picton, and 10 minutes to the Picton Golf & Country Club.
