It takes 3mins to Aeon Mall, Lotus's, Taiping Sentral, Food Avenue, Lounge & Cafe Street, Family Mart, 7-eleven & Self service Laundry. It's only takes 10mins to Taiping Lake, Zoo, Muzium, Maxwell Hill, Burmese pool & etc.

There are 4 rooms which can fit max 12pax, all the rooms are with private bathrooms. The kitchen is equipped with basic tools & outdoor dining area. Living room with TV & Tvbox.
