High Speed Wifi & HDTV included with flat screen. Coin operated laundry room upstairs. Street parking only, no permits required.

The space
We are located in Prime West LA. Close to restaurants and markets, UCLA, 405 freeway, and a short drive to many LA attractions: Beverly Hills, Santa Monica Pier and Promenade, Hollywood, Venice Beach.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire apartment (not shared) and then also the shared common laundry room in the building upstairs.
