Centrally located in the Seattle, you can catch a bus to UW right out front, quickly make your way downtown to explore Seattle’s cultural hubs, or just walk down the hill to Seattle's world class Arboretum and explore 230 acres of gardens and lake views.

Start your day with breakfast on the patio listening to neighborhood children play in the nearby park. After a day experiencing the city, stay in and unwind in the hot tub or watching a movie on the top of the line TV and surround sound system.

The space
The perfect space to recharge in comfort with special attention paid to touches like the carefully selected pillows, sateen sheets, and bidet.

Relax in a brand new hot tub and deck shared only with the house occupants and available with at most 1 hr notice.

The entertainment system is top of the line with a 77" 4K LED TV, full surround sound, and a Roku.

The kitchenette is small, but fully functional with an induction stove-top, and a microwave that includes a broiler and convection oven (I've made some crispy asparagus in there and can vouch for it's capabilities).

You have the whole bottom floor of the house to yourself with it's laundry room, private entrance, and back patio.
