THE STREET ITSELF IS A QUIET, TREE LINED QUINTESSENTIALLY ENGLISH CUL-DE-SAC BETWEEN A LARGE PARK AND SHRUB LAND. There is no through traffic and there is plenty of room for children to play in the communal gardens or in the nearby park, which comes complete with tennis courts and an English cafe pavillion.

If you are in the apartment on a Wed night or Thursday morning please take the rubbish and recycling green box and white bag out to the side of the road. Then bring it back at the end of the day. Thanks.
Check In / Out
CHECK IN TIME is from 1pm onwards, we may leave the key in a key box so you can come in your own time.
CHECK OUT TIME is 10am, but you can leave earlier if you wish.
We CAN BE MORE FLEXIBLE depending on our schedules, please ask first. Any flexibility can be reversed if our schedule changes, meaning above Check In / Check Out times are reinstated, but we will let you know, although this rarely happens.
Please take SHOES OFF in the apartment
We are based in a family building therefore please NO PARTIES, NO LOUD NOISE at any time.
We do not charge a cleaning fee, but we ask guests to KEEP FLAT CLEAN AND TIDY THROUGHOUT YOUR STAY and when you leave.
Please take right BINS OUT on the DAYS REQUIRED as per the notes in the kitchen.
