*Newly Renovated!* Come enjoy a stay in this beautiful, well-kept & quiet condo on the third floor in one of the most coveted resorts in St. George. This updated home is accessible by elevator, features an outdoor patio with incredible views while still being one of the closest units to the main clubhouse pools and EV charging stations!
Indoor/outdoor pools, hot tubs, water slides, exercise room, pool table, shuffle board, pickle ball & basketball courts, paved bike/walking path, etc.

The space
Quiet & clean top floor unit with incredible views of the mountains and desert valley. One of the best locations within the complex as you get the beautiful views to the North, and also have easy access to the clubhouse and main pools with slides. The spacious living room and kitchen will give you plenty of room to cook, relax, play games and enjoy your vacation. Two bedrooms with very comfortable queen-sized beds and soft bedding. The large sofa in the living room has a comfortable pull-out-sized queen bed for two extra guests. The large bathroom has two sinks and a very large and deep tub to relax in or bathe your children in more easily. The patio is a nice place to relax, eat your dinner, and enjoy the incredible views. Enjoy playing the provided cards and board games or watching a movie on the large smart TV with your family.
We also provide a binder full of activity ideas, nearby hikes, and restaurants with all the information you would need to easily plan your weekend.

Guest access
You will have access to all community areas including the pools, courtyards, exercise room, etc. Laundry is private and located in the unit.
