The space
Bright, cozy and centrally located, 700 sq ft, apartment suite located on the 1st floor of our home.

This newly built suite has full amenities including a full size fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, radio, shower, washer, dryer, kitchen utensils, deck, BBQ, coffee maker, toaster, blender and more. **Note we do not have a TV in the suite but wifi is included.

There is one double bed and a pullout couch.

There are several windows facing our garden and yard and you can see Great Slave Lake from the suite deck.

We live in the scenic "Old Town" part of Yellowknife on a quiet street. Restaurants in our neighbourhood include Bullocks Bistro, the Wildcat Cafe, the Dancing Moose and the Woodyard Brewing Co. It is also close to both Yellowknife Bay and Back Bay and Pilots Monument (an aurora viewing spot).
