Daily housekeeping, turndown service, and a attentive Guest Experience team are all at your disposal, while families are warmly catered to with a baby cot and high chair available. One roundtrip airport transfer is included, alongside a complimentary two-way shuttle service per day to Kamala or Patong Beach, available from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and bookable at least 24 hours in advance.
