The space
Oceanfront Suite at Sunscape Resort & Spa Condomar Tower in the marina of Puerto Vallarta. If you are arriving thru airplane Get a taxi cab and tell the driver to bring you to SUNSCAPE CONDOMAR near La Isla Mall, the distance from airport to the condo is 4.8KM (approx. 10 mins).
Beautiful, comfortable suite complex, very central to move anywhere in Puerto vallarta, is the entrance on the main avenue of Vallarta.

People who book will need to send us the full names of people who will enter 5 days before their arrival, as well as photos of IDs of all those who will be guests.
You must sign a small internal regulation of the department and the reception before your entry into the department.
Submit upon entering your current official ID.
Your trip to Puerto Vallarta is right around the corner. When you get to Sunscape Resorts & Spa, let the guard at the gate know you are checking into 932 in Condomar´s Tower and then go to front desk wich is located on the left side of the lower lobby. Please give them the reservation code we gave or AirBnb and let them know you are checking into room 932. If you are interested in upgrading to the all-inclusive, let them know at this time. If not, they will give you a wrist band which you must keep on for the duration of your stay. There is a fee for lost wristbands $150USD and lost keys so please be careful. You will also receive a towel card for each person. These must also be turned in at check-out.
Important- there is an access card necessary to get to the resort. This will also be given to you at check in. It is critical that you return it at check out. There is a $250 replacement fee for a lost card.
If you want to use the safe located at the bathrooms closet, it has a key to lock it, do not loose it because there is a fee of $100 so keep it safe and when you check out leave it in the same place you found it; If you feel better you can call or send a message (before your arrival) to coordinate the time of your entry.

For minors, children or babies from months to 12 years old, they must ALWAYS be accompanied by an adult, precautions must be TAKEN.
There is no daily cleaning, but if you need the condo to be clean up will cost $200.00 (two hundred pesos) each time. We delivered the condo clean and is received in the best condition that can return it.
We have exterior security cameras from the moment you enter the property for your security and safety. A guarded gate front entrance.
Guest access
My Airbnb condo is an especially unique situation. You are paying Airbnb prices, but you are getting access to a vacation resort. The Condominium Tower and Sunscape Resort sit side by side and share a beautiful ocean front property as you can see in the listing photos. I pay a yearly access fee which gives my guests free access to the resort's pool and beautiful sandy beach.
It's important to point out though that you are in fact booking an Airbnb and not an all-inclusive resort. As an Airbnb condo guest, you will be mingling with the all-inclusive resort guests but there are some distinctions that the all-inclusive resort guests pay a premium for, so it is very important to carefully consider and understand the following.
Resort Access
The resort allows Airbnb condo guests access to the pool and beach area for up to 4 adults (13 years old and older) and 2 minors (12 years old and younger). Extra guests will have a fixed cost of $23 USD per person, per day, and shall be paid for full stays. If you have 5 adults and 0 minors, for example, 1 extra adult will have to pay $23 USD per day to access the pool and beach. If you have two adults and four minors, as another example, there will be no extra charges. The fees for extra guests can be paid at the front desk when you arrive.
Purchasing Food & Drinks
You will be able to purchase food, drinks and alcohol at the food truck in the pool area. All other resort restaurants and bars are restricted and only available if you purchase the all-inclusive option.
Bringing Food & Drinks from Condo to Resort
You can bring any kind of beverage into the resort area (restricted to one beverage per person) provided it is not contained in glass or disposable plastic containers. It is forbidden to bring any kind of food into the resort areas.
Areas of use included
Main pool and lounge chairs located in the pool area, beach and lounge chairs located on the beach, gym (upon previous reservation at Concierge), palapas on the beach, minigolf, basketball court, solarium and garden areas located on the ground floor next to the pools.
The Hotel has a series of Corporate Events, which will require an additional charge to enter the areas of use on these days.

Restaurants & bars, live shows, SunClub, SunClub beach area, Explorer’s Club, Corezone, Breakwater, Massage and/or spa, any space offering catering services with or without waiter services and any area or service not indicated in the Areas of Use section. To access these services, you must purchase the all-inclusive option.
ALL-INCLUSIVE OPTION
Sunscape's all-inclusive option offers six dining options including two à la carte, a fast casual, a buffet, a grill, and a café. Enjoy live entertainment, partake in land, and water sports, or indulge yourself in soothing facial and body treatments, massages, hydrotherapy, and other relaxing spa services. The all-inclusive option is available on a day-by-day basis. Simply go down to the front desk and purchase it on the days you choose. This is great if you want to get out and explore the city on some days and stay at the resort by the pool on others.
