The Kelp house is ideal for anyone who wants to experience the delights of the South Downs, the serenity of the beach or the diversity of Brighton and Hove.

The beach and Downs are within a 5 minute walk and a 20 minute bus ride takes you into Brighton.

The space
The Kelp house is a spacious home that is fully equipped with all the amenities you will need to enjoy your stay.
It is a warm, bright, fresh and contemporary home that has a large living space with a TV, sofa bed, dining area and also a open plan kitchen area with a breakfast bar and stools to dine and socialise.

The bathroom has a large walk in shower with a back-lit mirror and plenty of storage.
A bedroom hosting a King size bed, a wardrobe and chest of drawers.
There is a patio area with an outside space with a table and chairs to enjoy breakfast, a coffee or even a drink in the morning and afternoon sun.

Guest access
Guests can access all areas around the Kelp House and there is an allocated car park space. Kelp House is accessed from Fairlight Ave, 50 metres from the coast road and situated on the left down a back road.

Other things to note
There is one king size bed and a sofa bed in the living room. Ideally this will suit 2 people but can sleep up to 4 with the sofa bed if this suits.

Welcome to the Kelp House, We send a warm welcome and glad you are interested in staying in Kelp House. We are both teachers with two young children and proud of where we live. We love the fact you can be in 3 landscapes within 5-20 minutes. The South Downs, the beach or enjoying the eclectic delights of Brighton and Hove. If the sunshine is out and it’s warm then whatever the people of Brighton were doing it is deemed as not that important and everyone heads to the beach to socialise, involve themselves into sport and fitness activities or a naked bike ride or a silent disco! Anything goes in Brighton. It really is one of the best places to live.
