This condo has everything you need for your perfect, relaxing getaway. The cove is great for kayaking, paddle boarding & fishing. Bring your boat & tie up in the canal outside the condo. As our guest you will have access to 2 private boat launches as well as some of Walden's amenities including the fitness center & 3 on-site restaurants. Come experience and enjoy the lake life with us!

The space
Can be a perfect romantic escape for 2 or a great place to relax with the whole family. 2 Rooms (1 is an upstairs loft) along with an extra "bonus" room upstairs. 1 King Bed / 1 Queen Bed / 2 Double Beds and 1 pull out twin bed in the loveseat upstairs. The best part of being up in the penthouse is that you don’t have people walking all around your personal space as you relax out on the private balcony and you can rest easy at night without having to constantly hear any people on a floor above you moving around. Dock your boat at no charge within the wake protected canal. Access to resort area amenities (Yacht Club dining, lakeside pool with the lakeside snack bar for burgers and sandwiches, lakeside playground, fitness center, and boat ramp) are included with your stay and are just minutes away. Golf is available in the nearby Walden Golf course for a fee. Best seat in the house for July 4th fireworks is from your balcony. Lakeside dining is a short walk to the Walden Yacht Club, The Breakwater Grill or by boat or car to several nearby lakeside restaurants. Fishing is allowed off bulkhead with lights for night fishing.

• At the Marina, Einstein’s Ship Store rents boats, kayaks, paddle boards and paddle boats
• The cove is calm and a no wake zone so perfect for enjoying kayaking and paddle boarding on
• There is a playground too
• Our community center offers a workout room, tennis, pickle ball and an indoor heated lap pool.
• You will find a public golf course at Margaritaville (3 minutes away)

Other things to note
Our cove has so much to do for your getaway! So many things are within walking distance but you can travel by car as well. We offer two parking passes for our guests. If additional parking is needed our complex offers "Visitor" parking for free. The condo is located on the third floor with stairs to climb and is not wheelchair accessible.
Please note: Boat trailers cannot be parked at the condos but can be parked in the locked, secured area at the boat ramps. There are currently 2 boat launches within Walden. The one on Poe Drive is the closest, about 5 minutes from the condo. If you are trailering your boat you will need a special parking permit to leave your trailer at the boat launch. This is good for 72 hours. PLEASE ALLOW A MINIMUM OF 72 HOURS FOR US TO GET THIS PERMIT. Cost is $40.00. Please reach out to us to arrange well before your arrival to be sure full access has been arranged.
