Breakfast
This is one of a few places in the area that has this feature.
Riverside B & B is in the heart of Lennoxville on a busy main street. It's a short walk to Bishop's University, trails, restaurants, parks and tourists attractions. An 1890 Victorian home with character and flaws. During the summer, it's quieter than the school year, which has more traffic and activity.

The space
Riverfront room is in the front of the house. It has a queen size bed ( medium soft mattress) with a comfy comforter and mattress. There are night tables, commode and large closet. The floor is carpeted.

There is plenty of lighting from 2 windows. One of them overlooks the Massawippi River. With blackout curtains, it's easy to have a restful night. There is an alarm clock, lamps, and long dressing mirror.

There are shared complete bathrooms, dining room, livingroom, and kitchenette. The veranda has lots of sitting areas and a wonderful view.

We are located on College Street (rte. 108) which is a main road. We are located next to Bishop's University, and the small downtown of Lennoxville (a burough of Sherbrooke City). We are right between Reed Street and the green bridge to Bishop's University.

Guest access
The bathroom, kitchen and laundry room are shared. There is a lovely wrap around veranda and backyard next to the Massawippi River.

Other things to note
Please note that we are still renovating our home. The house was raised and we now have a new foundation. As a result there are some cracks that need to be repaired. None of the unfinished renovations affect our guests. Please don't hesitate to ask questions about your concerns. Thank you!
