Very nice little house, quiet and far from touristic places. We were kindly welcome. Nice view, interesting location to drive to different places of interest in the island. The house is just like the photos !

We had a great time in this cute house in the mountain village. If you like a quiet place without a lot of people this is just right. Only other side of the coin is that you need a car and the weather is different in the north. It was a bit colder up in the hills and more cloudy. You definitely need a warm sweater for the evenings. For us it worked all well with the car and we made great hiking tours nearby. If you need wifi it's unfortunate not available since it is a very old house. But as our host said: "detox from internet !" He was very kind and helping us when we had questions. The arrival and leaving was easy and uncomplicated. We would come back but it's definitely more for the basic and not for the lux-traveller.

Rosalia House is a charming Canarian house in a village far away from tourist resorts! We especially enjoyed the courtyard with its BBQ, the pretty plants and the view from the back of the garden on the sea. A very comfortable bed too. And thank you for the welcome!

The place is exactly as described. You'll find (when you follow Sergio's instructions and NOT AirBnB's address) very easily a cosy old village house. Having said this, you shouldn't expect modern interior. It's all perfectly functioning, though, and the shower - while at the first glance ready for refurbishment - provides hot and also sufficient water to have a good shower ... I definitely had worse in 5*Hotels. The shower stands for the rest of the house. You shouldn't book if you love luxury and fancy design. You also shouldn't book if you don't have a car or are a beginner in driving (in case of the latter, you shouldn't actually rent a car on Tenerife at all) However, the place is ideal for someone looking for a wonderful place to rest, to enjoy the garden, to sit outside in the small yard, and to be happy and well away from the tourist hotspots. You just have to walk 200 m to the shop to get anything you need for daily requirements, and the only bar-restaurant in the village offers the best local food on the island (most expensive dish is a giant pulpo for 10€). This all comes together with friendly villagers. Communication with Sergio is absolutely easy and timely. The house is actually owned by a wonderful women, who doesn't speak English or German. You might consider to write in your request if you speak Spanish, which will make the process on site even smoother. And yes, there are cars on the street, but a fraction of what you have on any average city street, and yes, there are dogs in the village (not usually in the streets, though) who occasionally communicate. No need to worry: the house's walls are thick enough that you won't be disturbed in trying to sleep till noon. We will definitely recommend this place to friends and family ... for us it's the best place to stay on Teneriffa

I want to thank Sergio for all his patience and his kindness at our arrival because we arrive very late at his home. His home was wonderful, very calm, and central to do many visit all around. We really appreciate the stay at this home and his kindness. We will come again at his home if we will come back to Tenerife. The view we have from his home is beautifull. I recommand a stay at his home.
